Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Surat. As a Sales Associate at Raynex Power Solution Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, generating leads, and building strong relationships with customers. You will present and promote our solar solutions, negotiate deals, and ensure a seamless sales experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to foster positive client relationships and convey technical solutions effectively
• Knowledge of Renewable Energy or Solar Energy Sector, particularly solar EPC solutions, is highly preferred
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Odoo is an advantage
• Self-motivation, goal orientation, and a proactive attitude towards driving sales
