Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing product demonstrations and technical information. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing quotes, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction by collaborating closely with internal teams. Regular reporting on sales activities and market trends will also be required.

• Strong skills in sales, client relationship building, and business development.
• Technical knowledge or experience with analytical instruments, sensors, or automation solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the water analysis, gas analysis, or automation industry is a plus.
