Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kolkata. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs. Key duties include maintaining strong customer relationships, generating leads and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include organizing merchandise, assisting with inventory management, and collaborating with the team to enhance sales performance. Qualifications Customer Relations and Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers, understand their preferences, and offer personalized recommendations. Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and clear communication abilities to deliver results and ensure customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge and Merchandising: Familiarity with traditional and contemporary sarees, including sourcing from trusted manufacturers. Teamwork and Organizational Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with team members, manage workflow efficiently, and ensure accuracy in tasks like inventory management. Prior experience in retail or wholesale sales is preferred but not mandatory. Should know Hind and Bengali . Salary- 8k-10k/ month
