Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong background in achieving business targets through client relationships.
Roles and Responsibility

Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms.

Ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively understanding needs and cross-selling multiple products.

Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.

Build strong client relationships both internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identification with potential customers.

Develop strong distribution channels and ensure vendor empanelment.

Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.

Job

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Experience in sales or business development is preferred.

Knowledge of banking and financial services is an added advantage.
