Position overview:

You will work with the French team on some sales topics. You will report to the Sales Manager in France.

Principal Activities:

  • Create and maintain a file with the annual customers closure (with info provided by the team)
  • Update admin info on customer's portal
  • Create and maintain a file for the due invoices
  • Customer's forecast to be entered in ERP (manually + via excel file)
  • Forecast variation: update the database each Monday and analysis the results + share the issues
  • Extrapolation: launch the program in ERP, analysis the file (in Excel), upload the new extrapolation in ERP (via Excel)
  • Pivots new business: update the pivot tables each monday and send a report with the team
  • Cost breakdown, upload offers on customer's portals

Skills and qualifications required:

  • Three to five years in an administrative role
  • Strong experience with an ERP system
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of French would be an advantage
