Sales Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized Marketing Executive who can manage sector-specific client acquisition, lead generation, proposal coordination, and market research within Political, Banking, Patpedhi, and Mahamandal segments. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring timely communication, and supporting revenue growth through effective marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Sector-specific lead generation across Political, Banking, Patpedhi & Mahamandal categories.

• Managing client servicing, proposal coordination & follow-ups.

• Preparing market and industry trend research for targeted sectors.

• Maintaining and updating sector-wise databases (political leaders, bankers, institutions).

• Supporting the sales team for meetings, presentations, proposals & pitch documents.

• Smooth coordination with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.

• Ensuring zero misses for tender deadlines and documentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• 50 new qualified leads per month

• 15 sector-specific meetings per month

• 3–5 converted clients per month

• Daily reporting accuracy: 100%

• Monthly revenue contribution: ₹5–8 lakh

• Zero tender deadline misses

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Sector understanding – Political, Banking, Patpedhi, Institutions

• Ability to research, scout opportunities & generate leads

• Excellent coordination & documentation skills

• CRM usage and reporting skills

• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Management or related field

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in marketing, lead generation, or client servicing (preferred)

• Experience in political or institutional sectors is an added advantage

As per company standards + performance incentives
