Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant based in Mumbai. The Sales Assistant will assist the sales team in managing customer interactions, responding to inquiries, and coordinating sales processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting sales operations, and organizing and managing sales-related documentation efficiently. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members Proficiency in customer service and communication to resolve client concerns and convey product information effectively Experience in sales and organization to contribute to sales strategies and manage documentation and related processes Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage tasks with attention to detail and efficiency Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Mumbai Experience in the chemical or textile industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
