Sales Assistant

• Generate sales by engaging with existing and potential clients within your assigned territory.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
• Liaise between customers and the company to provide up-to-date information on services, pricing, and new product releases.
• Establish, maintain, and expand your customer base.
• Increase business opportunities through various market routes.
• Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow-up and personalized service.
• Supervise and guide the sales team, providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team and ensure that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
• Perform all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  Minimum Graduate in any stream.

• Experience:

  1+ years in sales (preferably in real estate, insurance, banking, or financial services). Fresher with a strong inclination towards sales are also welcome to apply.
• Salary: 3 LPA 6 LPA (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives

• Skills:

  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Personal Traits:

  Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

• Additional Requirement:

  Own vehicle is mandatory.
