🚀 Sales & Product Enablement Lead

About the Role

Sales & Product Enablement Lead

hands-on experience in Sales Enablement (5–8 years) + Sales/Pre-Sales background (4+ years)

What You’ll Own

Build & execute a
comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy
aligned with GTM goals.
Design and deliver
training programs
on product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, negotiation, and industry/vertical-specific pitching.
Create and maintain
sales playbooks, battle cards, and collateral
for Sales, Presales & SDRs.
Coach & mentor
team members and Sales/SDR trainers.
Analyze sales performance data, identify gaps, and implement improvement programs.
Ensure strong alignment with
Marketing & Product
teams for consistent messaging.
Track and report enablement impact on pipeline, cycle time, and revenue KPIs.
Join select
customer calls
when required, as part of the learning and coaching loop.

What We’re Looking For

5–8 years in Sales Enablement in a SaaS/Tech environment

4+ years in Sales / Pre-Sales / Solution Engineering (must-have)

scalable enablement programs

content creation, training, and facilitation

✅ Data-driven mindset; ability to translate insights into action

✅ Prior experience mentoring/training sales teams

✅ Experience with CRM & sales tech tools (advantageous)

✅ B2B SaaS/Tech industry background preferred
