Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales & Product Enablement Lead at Netcore Cloud, you will play a crucial role in designing and scaling enablement programs to drive pipeline growth, increase win rates, and boost revenue for Sales, Presales & SDR teams. Key Responsibilities: - Build & execute a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy aligned with GTM goals. - Design & deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, negotiation, and industry/vertical-specific pitching. - Create & maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and collateral for Sales, Presales & SDRs. - Coach & mentor team members and Sales/SDR trainers. - Analyze sales performance data, identify gaps, and implement improvement programs. - Ensure strong alignment with Marketing & Product teams for consistent messaging. - Track and report enablement impact on pipeline, cycle time, and revenue KPIs. - Join select customer calls when required, as part of the learning and coaching loop. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years in Sales Enablement in a SaaS/Tech environment. - 4+ years in Sales / Pre-Sales / Solution Engineering (must-have). - Proven success in building scalable enablement programs. - Strong content creation, training, and facilitation expertise. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. - Prior experience in mentoring/training sales teams. - Experience with CRM & sales tech tools is advantageous. - B2B SaaS/Tech industry background is preferred.
