Role Overview: The Sales and Operations Intern position at Learn with Fraternity Pvt. Ltd. offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals who are eager to contribute to business development and operational activities. This role provides a hands-on experience in sales strategy, lead generation, client interaction, and backend coordination, providing valuable insights into the operations of a growing EdTech business. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads through research and outreach. - Communicate with potential clients/students via email, phone, or chat, and support in pitching educational programs while converting leads. - Maintain and update CRM tools or lead trackers regularly. - Collaborate with internal teams such as Academic, Content, and Tech to ensure seamless delivery of services. - Monitor student onboarding progress, resolve queries, collect feedback, track order/delivery pipeline, and ensure timely execution of tasks. - Support backend documentation, reporting, and performance tracking processes. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in fields such as Business, Management, Education, or related disciplines. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Good understanding of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic business tools. - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Keen interest in EdTech, startups, and customer engagement. Additional Details: Join us for a 6-month internship with a stipend ranging from 5k-7k per month. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
