Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Operations Coordinator located in Bhopal. The role involves managing daily operational tasks to support sales and streamline business processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating between sales and production teams, ensuring timely delivery of products, maintaining records, preparing sales reports, and improving workflow efficiency. The candidate will also assist in client communication, addressing inquiries and strengthening business relationships, while adhering to company standards and compliance guidelines.

Salary - 1.2 Lpa (fixed in-hand)

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage operational processes and sales support
• Proficiency in data management, reporting, and record-keeping
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and liaise with clients
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and/or familiarity with Ayurvedic or herbal wellness products is beneficial
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience with CRM software and tools is a plus
