Job Title: Sales and Operations Associate Department: Sales and Operations Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process. This role requires strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills to engage potential. Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead Generation via Emails, LinkedIn, and Other Platforms: You're responsible for sourcing new potential clients or leads by using cold emails, calls, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn. This would involve crafting outreach strategies, identifying potential clients, and nurturing these leads to generate interest. 2.Preparing PPT for Presentations: You’re tasked with creating presentations that likely highlight services, product benefits, or proposals. This requires a good grasp of design principles and an understanding of what information will persuade potential clients or partners. 3.Follow-up via Emails and LinkedIn: Staying in touch with prospects or clients by following up after initial contacts. Persistence is key here to keep the conversation going, remind clients about your offerings, and push the deal forward. 4.Operational Tasks: You’re also involved in operational duties, which could include coordinating with different teams, ensuring the timely execution of tasks, or managing day-to-day functions within the company. Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation or customer success. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets. Strong research and analytical skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in Management or related field (preferred but not required). Preferred Skills: Experience in client handling. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Strong networking skills and the ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers.
