Sales and Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Identify and engage potential clients across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.
  • Understand client needs and effectively pitch WCI’s design + build services.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams to develop tailored proposals.
  • Assist in closing deals and negotiating contracts.


Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (emailers, newsletters, paid ads, etc.).
  • Manage and grow WCI’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design teams to create compelling project portfolios, case studies, and pitch decks.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.


Client Servicing & Reporting:

  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline dashboards.
  • Prepare monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and campaign ROI.
  • Support in organising site visits and client walkthroughs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the architecture, interior design, or allied industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and basic design tools is a plus.
  • Self-driven, organized, and enthusiastic about design and sales.
