Business Development Executive

You will work closely with the Principal Architect and design team to build strong client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through outbound calls, social media, referrals, and local networking.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential clients (budget, location, scope).
• Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person).
• Confidently present our design portfolio, services, and process.
• Coordinate with the Principal Architect and design team to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Manage follow-ups to drive deal closures.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversion status.
• Represent Woodcraft International professionally in all client interactions and site visits.
• Support marketing initiatives, including participation in exhibitions and local events.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales/business development experience in

  interior design, architecture, real estate, or related industries

  .
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident in client-facing roles and presentations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
• Familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email, and basic CRM tools.
