Our portfolio includes a range of residential, commercial, and institutional projects crafted with detail, functionality, and timeless design in mind. We’re currently looking to expand our team and invite a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive who is passionate about design, business development, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Identify and engage potential clients across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, meetings, and presentations. Understand client needs and effectively pitch WCI’s design + build services. Coordinate with internal design teams to develop tailored proposals. Assist in closing deals and negotiating contracts. Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (emailers, newsletters, paid ads, etc.). Manage and grow WCI’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Collaborate with design teams to create compelling project portfolios, case studies, and pitch decks. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Client Servicing & Reporting: Maintain CRM and sales pipeline dashboards. Prepare monthly reports on lead generation, conversions, and campaign ROI. Support in organising site visits and client walkthroughs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or a related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in the architecture, interior design, or allied industries. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Familiarity with social media marketing and basic design tools is a plus. Business Development Executive – Interior Design & Architecture Location: Delhi (In-Studio / Field Visits) Experience: Minimum 2 years Company: Woodcraft International Woodcraft International is seeking an experienced, proactive Business Development Executive to join our interior architecture studio in Delhi. This client-facing role involves generating, qualifying, and converting leads for residential and commercial interior projects. You will work closely with the Principal Architect and design team to build strong client relationships and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through outbound calls, social media, referrals, and local networking. Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential clients (budget, location, scope). Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person). Confidently present our design portfolio, services, and process. Coordinate with the Principal Architect and design team to prepare proposals and quotations. Manage follow-ups to drive deal closures. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversion status. Represent Woodcraft International professionally in all client interactions and site visits. Support marketing initiatives, including participation in exhibitions and local events. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales/business development experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related industries . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident in client-facing roles and presentations. Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented. Knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
