Job Title: Sales & Marketing Engineer Location: Navi Mumbai (Turbhe MIDC) Company: Synergie Controls & Systems Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary: We are looking for a technically sound and business-savvy Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering knowledge with marketing and sales acumen to generate leads, develop proposals, and close automation project deals. This role involves direct interaction with clients and a high degree of collaboration with the engineering and project execution teams. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial automation and control systems. Conduct market research and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and propose tailored automation solutions (PLC, SCADA, DCS, VFD, MCC). Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and BOQs. Negotiate terms and close orders in line with company targets. Maintain customer relationships and ensure post-sales satisfaction. Collaborate with design, engineering, and execution teams for project handover and technical clarifications. Maintain CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent). 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation or electrical systems. Hands-on knowledge of automation systems such as PLCs (Siemens preferred), SCADA, HMIs, VFDs. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and articulate value-driven solutions. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and documentation. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Preferred: Prior experience in selling automation/control panels or working in a systems integrator company. Familiarity with industries like steel, pharma, F&B, chemicals, or OEMs. Basic understanding of project execution lifecycle.
