Role Overview In this role, you will connect with students, parents, and working professionals to understand their learning goals, recommend the right courses, and help them start their upskilling journey. You will be the face of our brand , managing leads, building relationships, and driving enrolments. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels to reach potential learners. Understand the learning needs of students/professionals and recommend suitable programs. Manage and convert leads into active enrolments. Follow up with prospects to build strong relationships and ensure conversions. Provide guidance to learners regarding course details, fees, and career opportunities. Achieve monthly sales & enrolment targets. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM. Represent the company in webinars, demos, and virtual events when required. Requirements ✅ Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome. ✅ Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written). ✅ Passion for education, career development, and sales. ✅ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. ✅ Self-driven, result-oriented, and eager to learn. ✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
