Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in solar sales. The candidate should be technically equipped, capable of creating effective sales strategies, managing a team, and building both online and offline sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads and convert them into sales.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and site assessments.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Expand customer base through 

  field sales, digital marketing, and channel partners

  .
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Stay updated on solar technology, market trends, and government policies.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer-specific solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in 

  solar sales

  .
• Strong technical knowledge of solar systems (rooftop, ground-mounted, subsidy schemes).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
• Comfortable with both fieldwork and office-based strategy planning.
• Proficiency in digital tools, CRM, and MS Office.
• Must be based in or ready to work from
