Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mandsaur. The individual will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services to rural and semi-urban markets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and acquiring new clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions for team members and clients, and managing sales targets. The role also involves building and fostering relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets.
• Experience in Training and onboarding processes to guide and support clients and team members.
• Proactive approach to building relationships and driving business success.
• Understanding of rural and semi-urban market dynamics is advantageous.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
