Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bharuch. The responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves training clients on products and services, managing sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales objectives.

• Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Customer Service to foster trust and loyalty
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including setting and achieving targets
• Capability to conduct effective Training sessions with clients on products and services
• Ability to work strategically to support marketing and sales efforts
• Proficiency in market analysis, trend interpretation, and competitor evaluation
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and well-organized professional
• Relevant experience in sales and marketing roles, with preference given to candidates having experience in manufacturing or related industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
