Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Patna, with flexibility for some remote work. The specialist will be responsible for executing sales strategies, engaging with customers, delivering exceptional customer service, providing training and support, and managing sales activities. The role also includes developing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and improve customer outreach in alignment with Japture’s mission.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets, managing pipelines, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Ability to execute and manage training programs that support customer success and product understanding.
• Proficiency in creating marketing strategies and building brand presence is a plus.
• Self-motivation, time management, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
