Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist position located in Nakodar. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and assisting in the training and management of the sales team. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and preparing reports to monitor and improve sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong ability in Training team members and guiding them towards achieving organizational goals.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
• Experience in the confectionery or machinery industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
