Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our store operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, driving in-store sales, and supporting marketing activities to grow the business. You will be responsible for store sales performance, customer engagement, promotions, and market feedback, while working closely with the sales team to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Actively handle walk-in customers and provide product guidance Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Build strong relationships with repeat and wholesale customers Handle billing coordination and support smooth store operations Marketing & Promotions Execute in-store promotions, offers, and product displays Support seasonal campaigns, festival sales, and special launches Coordinate with management on pricing, schemes, and discounts Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team Store & Team Coordination Maintain attractive product displays and stock visibility Ensure proper product knowledge across categories Assist in training junior staff on products and customer handling Monitor competitor activity and local market trends Required Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with excellent service attitude Hands-on experience in sales or retail store operations Basic understanding of sales targets and reporting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Willingness to learn about food products and market trends Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Prior experience in food, grocery, FMCG, or retail industry Experience in handling wholesale or B2B customers is an advantage Why Join K B S TRADERS?
