Role: Marketing & Sales Executive

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to promote our services, generate leads, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue business opportunities with MNCs, schools, and local clients
• Promote our transportation services through both online and offline channels
• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with our brand
• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in transportation or logistics

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

✅ Ability to work independently and meet targets

✅ Understanding of B2B service marketing

✅ Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms

✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

✅ Fluent in English and Hindi (Regional language is a plus)
