Roles Available


  • Sales Executive (5–8 years experience)

  • Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Lead (8–12 years)

  • Sales Manager (12–15 years)


Role Description


  • Identify and generate

    new business leads

    through cold calling, campaigns, and networking.
  • Conduct

    product demos

    and presentations for clients across agriculture, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Manage the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    — from prospecting to lead conversion and revenue generation.
  • Drive

    marketing campaigns

    and local promotional activities to boost visibility.
  • Work closely with internal teams to

    deliver client solutions

    and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed

    monthly and quarterly revenue targets

    .
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales reports.


What We Expect


  • Strong passion for

    sales and business growth

    .
  • Excellent communication skills

    in English and Tamil (additional languages a plus).
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and field demos.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience in

    B2B / Industrial / Equipment / Tech / Agri sales

    preferred.
  • A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
