Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  inbound and outbound lead

  calls, emails, and LinkedIn communication.
• Identify new business opportunities, pitch services, and close deals.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
• Research target markets, especially

  international clients (US, UK, Middle East)

• Maintain CRM records and track conversion metrics.
• Stay updated on agency trends, pricing models, and competitor positioning.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience

  in

  sales, business development, or client acquisition

  , preferably in a

  marketing/design agency

  .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
• Comfortable with

  cold calling, client communication, and handling objections

  .
• Experience in managing

  international leads

  is a plus.
• Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, or design services preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative setup.
