Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive with prior experience in a creative or advertising agency. You’ll be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and expanding our agency’s presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients and brands to pitch our services

• Manage marketing campaigns and outreach strategies for the agency itself

• Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to develop impactful presentations

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

• Handle inbound business queries and convert leads into opportunities

• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and client needs

• Manage agency presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. (in collaboration with the social team)

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or business development role at an advertising/creative agency

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident in client pitching and presentations

• Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and creative processes

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and networking

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
