Role Overview:

Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align strategies with client goals.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports on leads, pipeline, and conversions.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and offline activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the brand at industry events, meetings, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in design, advertising, or creative services).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, or creative industries.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Passion for building long-term client relationships.
• Previous agency or B2B experience is a strong advantage.
