We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Solar Marketing Executive to handle sales, customer consultation, site surveys, and supervision of rooftop solar plant installations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical understanding, and a passion for renewable energy. 🔸 Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Generate leads through field visits, digital marketing, and local networking. Explain rooftop solar benefits, subsidies, net-metering, and project feasibility to customers. Conduct customer meetings and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain follow-ups and close deals professionally. Site Survey & Technical Assessment Perform on-site surveys to collect technical data (shadow analysis, roof strength, orientation, load details). Prepare and share survey reports with the design team. Coordinate with engineering teams for proposal preparation. Project Supervision Monitor installation progress on-site and ensure quality standards. Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and customers for smooth execution. Assist in documentation for DISCOM approval and net-metering. Report daily project status to management. 🔸 Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th / Graduate preferred. Experience in Solar Sales / Electrical / Technical Field is an advantage. Good communication and convincing ability. Basic understanding of solar systems (training will be provided).
