Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position located in Belgaum. The role involves managing sales initiatives, delivering effective training to team members, ensuring efficient customer service, and maintaining strong client relations. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, identifying business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the team to create seamless customer experiences that drive growth and success.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management for planning, executing, and supervising sales strategies and achieving targets.
• Ability to provide Training to team members, ensuring capability development and fostering team success.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships to create a consistent client base and drive business growth.
• Organizational skills, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Belgaum.
• Experience in marketing practices and familiarity with open-source software is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
