POTENCIA ACADEMY specializes in providing interactive and result-oriented lectures to prepare students for engineering and medical entrance exams, as well as board examinations. The academy focuses on building a strong foundation from Class X to enable success in diverse career paths. It also offers aptitude classes for various competitive exams. With experienced IIT-qualified faculty, the academy ensures a deep understanding of concepts without rote learning, paving the way for student success.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing position located in Bathinda. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential customers, presenting the academy’s offerings, and managing the overall sales process. Day-to-day tasks may include building customer relationships, addressing client inquiries, implementing sales strategies, and providing necessary training to team members when applicable. The role focuses on achieving enrollment targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and respond to inquiries.
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop and implement strategies to meet enrollment goals.
Capability in Training and mentoring to support team development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle tasks efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
Experience in the education sector or similar domains is a plus.
