Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Conduct competitor and market research to help define product positioning and messaging. Work with design and content teams to create brochures, flyers, presentations, and product demo scripts. Support go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and enhancements. # Campaign Execution & Reporting Contribute to digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website). Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics like lead quality, engagement, and conversion. Suggest improvements and data-driven strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in a marketing or lead generation role (internship experience acceptable). Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Mailchimp, CRM software). Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with B2B or product-based marketing. Experience with social media marketing or basic SEO knowledge.
