Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant, located in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive Assistant will be required to manage executive administrative tasks, prepare and maintain expense reports, and provide executive support. The role includes managing communication on behalf of executives and handling various administrative assistance duties. The position demands interaction with various departments and stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and efficient support to executives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
• Experience in managing Expense Reports
• Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
