Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

In our next phase of growth, we are evolving from a boutique agency to a leading creative solutions partner. And we are looking for someone who can help us get there. An Executive Assistant who can think like a strategist, communicate like a founder and deliver like a producer.

What will you do:

• You will work closely with the leadership team on everything that moves the agency forward, leading initiatives that help shape our journey from 10 to 100.
• You will take charge of how Sunny Side Up shows up in the world. Your storytelling will help shape our voice to the world.
• Internally, you will help build a culture that puts individual growth first, because great work only happens when people grow.
• You will also take on special projects that call for initiative and ownership, from strategic partnerships to internal transformation efforts that prepare us for 10-100 scale.

Who you are:

• A sharp communicator who writes and speaks with clarity and confidence
• Have 6 to 8 years of experience across diverse industries where strategy and communication played a central role
• Fluent in business thinking as much as creative reasoning
• Experienced across industries and comfortable wearing many hats
• Curious, resourceful and always ahead of the curve
• Calm under pressure, curious in uncertainty and confident in any room
• Deeply grounded in how businesses work, from revenue and P&L to client models and the commercial side of creativity
• A strong digital personality with a unique voice
• A natural project manager with the discipline and drive to see complex projects through

This role involves working directly with the founders and the leadership team to build systems, narratives and opportunities that help the agency grow into what it is meant to become.
