Your role - Drive the big idea for every brief. - Understand the problem to solve and craft ideas that solve it beautifully. - Write copy that’s a delight to read—from stickers to scripts and everything in between. - Collaborate with designers to create work that meets Sunny Side Up’s standards. - Think fast, write faster. - Ensure error-free, high-quality creatives with sharp attention to detail. - Own the process and timelines, making sure work goes out on time, every time. - Push for work that competes on global creative award stages. What you bring - 2-6 years of copywriting experience in a creative advertising/digital agency. - A portfolio that proves your writing skills across formats, platforms, and tones. - A strong mix of creative thinking and writing craft. - The ability to juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the big idea. - 2x bonus points if you can write in Hindi, Kannada, or any other Indian language, apart from English. - 5x bonus points if you’re a creator on social media - someone who understands what gets viral, the algorithms behind content, the secret code of thumbnails, etc etc. What you get - Opportunity to work on diverse brands - from international giants to homegrown startups. - A strategy-led creative environment. - A culture that values great ideas over hierarchies.
