The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual composition and will work collaboratively with the team to enhance brand presence. Key responsibilities include thoroughly understanding brands, conducting research to identify target audiences, staying updated on competitors" creative strategies, prioritizing tasks with a focus on execution, deconstructing business requirements to create design briefs, taking ownership of projects, and maintaining documentation of the creative process for each brand. The successful candidate should possess good communication skills and have 3-5 years of experience working with Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with After Effects is considered a plus. Interdisciplinary creative skills, proficiency in design methodologies, and the ability to find creative solutions are essential qualifications for this role.
