Role Description

dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist


Key Job Responsibilities


Sales Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Marketing & Branding:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, exhibitions, trade shows).
  • Develop promotional materials, case studies, and product literature.
  • Enhance brand visibility through social media, website, and industry platforms.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management for product and market development.
  • Create targeted marketing strategies to penetrate new geographies and sectors.

Customer Support & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the technical and production teams for timely deliveries.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries efficiently.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in 

    industrial/B2B sales & marketing

    .
  • Strong understanding of 

    conveyor belting or related industrial products

     is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel (domestic and international) for client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
