Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Sultanpur. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, training internal teams, and driving customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, managing sales processes, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction. Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets. Experience in Training to develop the capabilities of internal teams and improve performance. Ability to analyze market trends and develop insightful marketing strategies. Familiarity with the agricultural industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
