Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in New Delhi. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and supporting customer service initiatives. The Specialist will also contribute to the training and development of the sales team and collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively
• Experience in Sales, including identifying opportunities, closing deals, and achieving targets
• Proficiency in Sales Management, including planning, organizing, and directing sales teams
• Ability to train and mentor team members to improve performance and productivity
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the retail or food and beverage industry is a plus
