Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in New Delhi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, developing and managing customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, developing marketing materials, and training sales staff. The role also involves direct communication with clients and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for sales staff
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
