Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying prospective clients, promoting company products, and developing sales strategies. The Specialist will coordinate training sessions for clients, manage sales operations, and contribute to achieving the organization's sales targets. Collaborating with the marketing team to design campaigns and analyze market trends will also be part of the daily duties.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Competence in organizing and delivering Training sessions for clients and team members
• Good understanding of marketing concepts and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree with Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the water treatment, construction, or related industries is an advantage
