Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Vadodara. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing product demonstrations, and offering training to clients. Daily tasks include prospecting and closing sales deals, handling customer inquiries, maintaining records of sales activities, and coordinating with the marketing team to align sales campaigns.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficient in Sales and Sales Management techniques
• Experience in providing Training to clients and team members
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics
• Relevant experience in IT hardware solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
