About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven

Sales and Marketing Associate

to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in sales & marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to execute strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business goals ✔️ Identify potential customers through research & lead generation ✔️ Support customer inquiries & provide product information ✔️ Drive digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, promotions) ✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new marketing ideas ✔️ Maintain records & provide regular reports to management

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications (preferred) 📈 Proven experience in meeting/exceeding sales targets 🌐 Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, content, email, social media) 💬 Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills 🛠️ Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) & MS Office 📊 Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented
