Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in the B2B manufacturing or industrial space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and drive business growth within the metal packaging and printing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with business objectives.
• Lead Generation & Management: Create and manage campaigns (digital & traditional) to generate a consistent pipeline of B2B leads. Track, analyze, and report on campaign ROI.
• Brand Management: Strengthen the company's brand positioning as a leader in the tin printing and packaging sector. Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee the company website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media presence (especially LinkedIn) to engage with a B2B audience.
• Traditional Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B events. Manage the creation of marketing collaterals like brochures, catalogs, and corporate presentations.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external agencies (e.g., digital, creative, PR) to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: MBA in Marketing from a premier institution is highly preferred.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Industrial, Packaging, or FMCG/F&B sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM), social media platforms (LinkedIn), and MS Office. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Key Competencies:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven thinking.
• Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and managing budgets.
• A self-starter with strong leadership capabilities and a result-oriented approach.
