Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager located in Jodhpur. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team to achieve sales targets, and coordinating marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and overseeing advertising and promotional activities. The role also involves analyzing sales data and reporting on performance metrics.

• Data Analysis and Performance Reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing software tools
