Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Manager based in Chennai. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include supervising marketing campaigns, managing promotional activities, overseeing budgets, analyzing market trends, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business goals. Collaborative work with other departments and personalized guest engagement strategies will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Management
• Strong skills in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Management
• Proficient in Market Analysis, Customer Insights, and Trend Identification
• Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Negotiation abilities
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work on-site in Chennai and familiarity with the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Prior experience in hospitality or luxury brand sales and marketing will be an advantage
