Job Description

A Sales and Marketing Manager develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals, manages both marketing and sales teams, and oversees daily operations to drive growth and improve brand positioning. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing data, setting sales targets, and building client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to manage staff, execute campaigns, and ensure sales quotas are met. Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, policies, and action plans to meet business objectives.
  • Team management: Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales and marketing staff; monitor their performance and contributions.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and stay informed on market trends.
  • Sales operations: Oversee sales activities, set sales targets and quotas, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales performance.
  • Marketing campaigns: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, track their effectiveness, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Client relations: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Budget management: Manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure financial targets are met.
