Sales and Marketing Manager

As a Sales Manager for institutional clients, your role will involve driving sales growth, increasing market share, and maximizing revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new institutional clients such as construction companies, contractors, architects, and builders. This will require you to engage in prospecting, lead generation, networking, and building relationships to expand the customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with key institutional clients to maximize sales opportunities - Conduct meticulous market research to identify potential institutional clients and industry trends - Focus on client retention through regular communication, addressing client concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Develop a thorough knowledge of the company's products to facilitate seamless resolution of client queries - Perform sales forecasting and reporting, analyzing sales data and performance to identify areas for improvement - Prepare timely and accurate sales reports for uplines, delegated managers, and HODs - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies targeting institutional clients - Enhance organizational visibility by participating in trade fairs, conferences, and architect meetups - Monitor and develop the team through periodic training and development - Encourage team members for upselling and cross-selling - Increase the virtual visibility of the organization through various social media platforms Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 9 years of total work experience preferred, with at least 5 years in Sales & Marketing - Preferred possession of a Two and Four-wheeler license - Willingness to travel up to 75% In addition to the competitive salary, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
