Sales and Marketing Manager

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) in our company, your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the sales and marketing field. You must have experience in sales of hardware products and chemical products to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Build relationships with clients to drive sales growth - Conduct a minimum of 5 institutional visits per day - Conduct 9-10 secondary market visits per day under dealers - Meet sales targets and develop market strategies - Ensure customer satisfaction - Failure to meet daily visit targets may result in being marked absent Qualifications Required: - Experience in sales and marketing - Experience in sales of hardware products and chemical products Additionally, the job type for this position is full-time with a day shift and fixed schedule.
